    Know what to expect before you buy

    • Approval and pricing: account approval is required before wholesale prices and ordering are enabled. Sign in to see your assigned pricing and order minimum.
    • Payment and delivery: orders are processed after payment is received. Confirm freight and delivery arrangements for your destination, especially outside Singapore. Outer cartons do not display product logos or descriptions.
    • After-sales support: review the manufacturing-defect exchange conditions and request return authorisation before sending anything back.
