    Who is Durio Asia?

    Durio Asia is a Singapore-based wholesale distributor of adult wellness and intimate lifestyle products. We serve retailers and business buyers in Singapore and across selected Asian markets.

    How do I apply for a wholesale account?

    Use our contact form, email customerservice@durio.asia or WhatsApp +65 8851 7556. To help us review your request, include your company name, country, sales channel or store website, product interests and estimated first order.

    Do I need an account to access wholesale pricing?

    Yes. An approved wholesale account is required to purchase in bulk at wholesale prices.

    What is the minimum order value?

    The minimum purchase required for wholesale pricing is SGD 900.

    Which payment methods are accepted?

    Payment is accepted by bank transfer. Payment instructions are provided after your order is confirmed.

    How can I tell whether a product is in stock?

    Products that can be added to your cart are currently available. If you need a large quantity or a restock estimate, please contact us before placing your order.

    How long does delivery take?

    Orders are generally delivered within 1–3 working days after payment is received, subject to stock availability, destination and carrier conditions. Please contact us for delivery estimates outside Singapore.

    Who pays for shipping?

    Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and calculated according to parcel size, weight and destination.

    Is the packaging discreet?

    Yes. Orders are packed discreetly without product logos or descriptions on the outer carton.

    Can I request a preferred delivery date?

    Yes. Add your preferred date to the order notes and we will do our best to accommodate it within the available delivery schedule.

    What if a product is defective?

    Eligible manufacturing defects may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Return Policy for the full process.
