Returns & Defective Products
30-Day Defect Warranty
Durio Asia provides a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Eligible defective products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the intimate nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final unless the product has an eligible manufacturing defect. Exchanges for an unsuitable size, colour, function or change of mind are not accepted.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email customerservice@durio.asia to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
- Complete the RMA form and return it to our team with the requested information.
- We will review the claim and respond within 1–2 working days.
- If the claim is approved, we will arrange an exchange. If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be provided through store credit or the original payment method.
Return Eligibility
Please do not return any product before receiving authorization from Durio Asia. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Durio Asia reserves the right to deny an exchange when the issue is not caused by a manufacturing defect or is the result of misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or improper care.
